PALM Photogrammetry

Ortonova purchased the PALM photogrammetry system from Milldent, representing an important step in upgrading its digital implantology protocol, particularly in complex full-arch rehabilitations.

A key aspect of this investment was that the support was not limited solely to the delivery and basic installation of the device. During the implementation, Milldent also ensured the technical integration of the system into Ortonova’s laboratory environment, which included:

• Preparation and customization of the appropriate Exocad libraries
• Verification of compatibility with the existing CAD software
• Validation of the complete digital workflow (scan body → photogrammetry → CAD design)
• Testing the accuracy of data transfer and the passive fit of the constructions

This approach enabled a smooth transition to the advanced digital protocol and reduced the risk of technical complications during system implementation. The integration was carried out as a comprehensive technical solution, tailored to the laboratory’s existing processes and infrastructure.

In this project, Milldent acted as a technological partner and system integrator of digital solutions, rather than merely an equipment supplier.
